Henry DeNero
Mr. DeNero was Chairman and CEO of HomeSpace, Inc. from early 1999 to 2001. HomeSpace provided real estate, mortgage and move-related services to homeowners via the Internet. The company marketed its services through affinity relationships with Costco Wholesale, Delta Airlines and Starwood Hotels, among others; as well as through Internet marketing relationships. The majority of the company was sold to LendingTree, Inc. in the fall of 2000.

Prior to HomeSpace, Mr. DeNero was Executive Vice president of First Data Corporation where he was responsible for the Commercial Payments Group. He also formed and co-managed TransPoint, the joint venture between First Data, Microsoft Corporation and Citigroup, Inc. to develop an Internet bill delivery service. TransPoint was sold to CheckFree Corporation in 1999 in a transaction valued in excess of $1.7 billion.
From 1992 to 1994, Henry was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Dayton Hudson Corporation (now Target Corporation). From 1973 to 1992, Henry was with McKinsey & Company, Inc., the management consulting firm, where he was most recently a director.

Mr. DeNero is a director of Western Digital Corporation (NYSE) and Banta Corporation (NYSE). He holds a MBA with high distinction from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a BA from Amherst College.
